When a parent fills a child’s life with wonder, a child does not see it as indulgence, but as proof of their faith in them. A commitment to always believe in them.
But Rosela’s father wasn’t always there. She was barely a teenager when Ruperto died, taking with him all the magic that filled her young life. Her mother Josie struggled to deal with the realities of their new life, leaving Rosela desperately in need of someone who will believe in the amazing things she is capable of.
Rosela’s quest to make people believe in magic is a plea for someone to believe in her.
