Masyado nang mabilis ang takbo ng mundo para huminto. Wala nang panahon ‘ni isang kisap. Natatakot tayong maiwanan dahil ang maiwan ay mahuhuli at ang mahuhuli ay magiging talunan. Natatakot tayo maging talo kaya’t nakakalimutan na natin maging tao. 

Kung kaya mas higit natin kailangan ngayon ang sining ng katahimikan. Ngunit alam pa ba natin tumahimik? Kaya pa ba natin manahimik? 

Masyado na ba tayo nasanay sa mga ingay na nagpapaikot sa ating buhay na hindi na natin makilala ang tinig sa katahimikan ng ating puso?
